Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline involving slow, flowing movements that help bring you better stability, balance & healthy lifestyle. For centuries it has been a source of health, vitality, and longevity for millions of people in the Far East. The health benefits of practicing Tai Chi include increased flexibility, strengthened muscles and tendons, and overall sense of well-being, vitality and inner calm. Tai Chi is low impact but is still classified as an aerobic exercise, as the movements create gentle cardiovascular benefits.

Wednesday: 7-8am
Friday: 7-8am
Saturday: 11am-12pm

Open Hand Self Defense (OHSD) teaches Situational Science through an applicable martial arts point of view. We have classes for men, women, and children of all ages.
